1. License Grant

When you purchase Delete My Tweets, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license permits installation on up to two (2) devices that you own or control.

2. Permitted Uses

• Delete tweets, replies, and retweets from your own Twitter/X accounts
• Install on up to 2 personal devices (e.g., desktop and laptop)
• Transfer your license to a new device by contacting support

3. Restrictions

• Do not share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Do not use the software to provide services to third parties
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Do not use the software for any illegal purpose

4. Updates

Updates we make available for Delete My Tweets are included with your license at no additional cost. Those updates may include new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements.

5. Support

We provide email support for technical issues, purchase questions, device transfers, and license-related issues. If your question is about a purchase or activation problem, emailing us from the address used at checkout helps us find the order faster. Contact us at kepners@deletemytweets.app.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

7. Disclaimer

Delete My Tweets is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences of using the software, including but not limited to deleted content or account issues with Twitter/X. Always back up your data before using deletion tools.

8. Privacy

Tweet deletion runs locally on your Windows computer through your own authenticated browser session. No API keys or stored OAuth tokens are required for deletion. No cloud deletion backend or relay performs the job. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your purchase email and confirmation that payment succeeded so we can deliver your license, support the order, and handle refunds. For activation, validation, resets, or refund support, we may use your license key and the purchase record associated with it. We do not receive your tweets, archive files, deletion history, or in-app progress from the local cleanup workflow.
