Loss of data or tweets (deleted content cannot be recovered)
Loss of business or profits
Actions taken by Twitter/X on your account
Any other damages arising from use of the Software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Irreversible Actions

Important Warning

Deleted tweets, retweets, and likes CANNOT be recovered. Once content is deleted through our Software, it is permanently removed from Twitter/X's servers. We strongly recommend downloading your Twitter archive before using Delete My Tweets if you want to keep a backup of your content.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Twitter/X account credentials
Ensuring you have authorization to delete content from any accounts you use with the Software
Any activity that occurs using your purchase of the Software

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

You must cease using and delete all copies of the Software
No refund will be provided for termination due to Terms violation
