Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using Delete My Tweets ("the Software", "the App"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use Delete My Tweets on up to 2 personal computers you own or control
• Use the Software to delete content from Twitter/X accounts you own or have authorization to manage
• Receive updates we make available for the Software at no additional cost under this license

This license is for personal use. For business or enterprise licensing, please contact us.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software to delete content from accounts you do not own or have authorization to access
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of Twitter/X's Terms of Service
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding from the Software
• Use the Software in any automated service or make it available on a network

3. Twitter/X Terms Compliance

You acknowledge that:

• Tweet deletion runs locally on your Windows computer through your own authenticated browser session.
• No API keys required for deletion. Delete My Tweets does not store OAuth tokens for deletion.
• No cloud service performs the deletions.
• You must comply with Twitter/X's Terms of Service when using this Software
• Changes to Twitter/X's website or policies may affect the Software's functionality
• We are not responsible for any actions Twitter/X takes on your account

4. Payment and Pricing

• Delete My Tweets is sold as a one-time purchase
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Stripe handles checkout and payment processing
• We may use your purchase email and payment confirmation for license delivery, support, and refunds.
• After successful payment, you can access the download page and we will send the license information to the purchase email address
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases

Payment and license data are separate from the deletion workflow. Tweet deletion runs locally on your Windows computer through your own authenticated browser session.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
• Refund requests should be sent to kepners@deletemytweets.app
• Include your purchase email address in refund requests
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
• After 30 days, refunds are granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

6. Updates and Support

• Your purchase includes updates we make available for the Software at no additional cost
• We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with Twitter/X's website flow and policies
• Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis
• For activation, validation, resets, or refund support, we may use your license key and the purchase record associated with it.
• We do not guarantee specific response times but aim to respond within 24-48 hours on business days

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your specific requirements
• The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Software will be corrected
• The Software will remain compatible with Twitter/X's website as that website changes

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELETE MY TWEETS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or tweets (deleted content cannot be recovered)
• Loss of business or profits
• Actions taken by Twitter/X on your account
• Any other damages arising from use of the Software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Twitter/X account credentials
• Ensuring you have authorization to delete content from any accounts you use with the Software
• Any activity that occurs using your purchase of the Software

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease using and delete all copies of the Software
• No refund will be provided for termination due to Terms violation

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
